Return Policy

Overview:

At Veld Interactive, we stand behind the quality of our products. If a return is necessary, the guidelines below outline eligibility, timelines, and responsibilities so expectations are clear on both sides. 

Return Period:

Products may be considered for return if a request is submitted within 20 days of confirmed delivery. Returns requested after this period will not automatically be accepted but will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.    

Damage / Defective Upon Arrival:

You may file a damaged or defective on arrival claim within 7 business days.   Please carefully inspect package upon delivery and document with photos or videos so we may easily file a claim with the shipper. 

Condition Requirements:

Returned products must be in like-new, unused condition and include all original components, accessories, and documentation. Products showing signs of misuse, modification, or missing components may be refused or subject to a reduced refund. 

Return Authorization Required:

All returns require prior approval. Customers must request a Return Authorization (RA) by contacting Veld Interactive support and providing order number, product model(s), reason for return, and photos/videos if applicable.   

Inspection & Refund Processing:

Returned items are inspected upon receipt. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within approximately 10 business days. 

Restocking & Deductions:

A restocking fee may apply depending on condition and product category. 

Veld Board 75”                          up to  $550 

Veld Mobile Stand                $200 – must be unopened and in original packaging.  

Non-Returnable Items:

Refurbished, clearance, software, digital, final-sale, and special-order items are generally non-returnable unless otherwise stated. 

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments:

Refused or undeliverable shipments may incur shipping and restocking deductions.
